This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms with AC and seaview, to the delicious breakfast that was served. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city centre was perfect, making it easily accessible and connected to everything.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to most attractions in the city center and offers a stunning view of the waterfront. the recently renovated rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast selection is decent, with plenty of options to choose from.
The noise level in and around the hotel can be quite high, making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist guests. The central location is a major plus, as it is right on the sea front, giving guests beautiful views and easy access to the city center.
Minor improvements could be made in terms of room maintenance.

The grubbiest, dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in fair few budget hotels, the walls actual had ticks/lice on them, it was so filthy it left both our skins crawling and we spent as little time as possible in it. Pictures looked nothing like the actual hotel. I will be making a direct complaint to Booked.net to have this removed, and I have no idea how it scored 7.5.

Had a lovely romantic escape. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to the water and easy to explore the town on foot. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange for a romantic dinner on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
The hotel did not offer much in terms of amenities or activities. We found ourselves bored at times, but we were able to explore the surrounding areas.

The price was cheap and worth to stay. Besides, the room was consider big with this price and also they provide king size bed for your comfort.
The bathroom was quite old and the water was stuck in the basin. In the booking mention meal provided but actual it was not.

Very cheap and clean rooms. Our room had bathtube, AC, fridge, hairdryer and was only 53 ringgit for the room.

During my Easter holiday, I stayed at a budget hotel in the middle of Sandakan. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the shopping mall and bus station, and the price was reasonable. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was working properly and the staff was friendly.
My overall experience at the hotel wasn't great. The room had several issues including a broken hot water system, poor room service, and the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel also had a strange smell and lacked cleanliness in some areas. I would recommend looking for other options instead of staying here.
